Ask the Library

You can choose to collect your requested interlibrary loans item (also known as Resource Sharing Services or Document Delivery Services) during opening hours at your local campus library. These items are held at the InfoPoint so you will need to speak to staff at the counter to collect them. 

You can also select to have items posted to your home address. Please make sure your address in MyStudent Centre is up-to-date if you are a student. Please allow 14 days to receive an item in the post. If you require it sooner, you may need to reconsider placing a request and making use of other material instead.

Your request won't be processed while you have overdue Library loans.
