Qualtrics is an online survey tool where users can build and distribute surveys, collect responses, and even analyse response data, all from within the same platform.
To obtain a login to use Qualtrics, you must submit a Qualtrics Access Form via the Service hub.
Once you have been granted access, you can log in via https://federation.au1.qualtrics.com with your usual Federation credentials.
