Not without written authorization. The only time that you are able to borrow books with someone else's card is if you are collecting a hold or items on their behalf and you have written permission from them to collect their books. You should never let a friend borrow library books on your card, as you are responsible for every item borrowed under your name and if they lose or damage the book, you will be billed for the cost of a replacement.
