Our eReadings system manages the availability of readings in accordance with limits prescribed in Australian Copyright Law, and the provisions in the Educational Licence administered by the Copyright Agency. These limits are for content made available across the entire University, and therefore a systematic process is undertaken each semester to ensure compliance.

eReadings are scheduled to expire after the exam period of each semester. eReadings need to be re-requested for the new semester and they are then assessed against content University wide for each new semester to ensure that we are not breaching Copyright Law or our Educational Licence provisions.  More information about eReadings is available: www.federation.edu.au/ereading-services and Copyright advice : www.federation.edu.au/copyright
