You can choose to collect your document delivery item during opening hours at your local campus library or select to have it posted to your home address (make sure it is updated in MyStudent Centre if you a student). You should allow 14 days to receive an item in the post. If you require it sooner, you may need to reconsider placing a request and making use of other material instead.
Your request won't be processed while you have overdue Library loans.
